I wanted, and paaid for a full size car but it was smaller than I exxpected.

We rented a Ford Focus and Got a Lower Unit that was 60% to our expectation The air conditioner couldnt keep up with the heat. I have never rented at the airport before. I was told how difficult it was. I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy every facet of this rental was!! Every person I delt with was knowledgable and courteous . 7 min tram ride was easy. The driver handled all my luggage. . The car was clean. The economy car had great get up and go. My return was EASY! I got an exception rate! People thought I was mis quoted! AWSOME experience! Thank U!! will defiantly use again! A++

Check In: Took over 30 minutes with only 4 customers ahead of us. Initial Damage Appraisal: Difficult to assess due to poor lighing in parkade. Car: No cruise control & not enough power but was what we paid for I guess. Return: Efficient.

I was nervous renting from payless after reading several negative reviews on various travel websites...but after the great experience I had with my rental in Las Vegas, Payless has earned a new regular customer!

I ordered a mid-sized car and then I got a large sedan that hadn\'t been serviced for a long time. ONe of the tires had a slow leak in it and had to be filled up every three days. The check oil light came on mid-way through my rental. I was too busy to go back to the airport and trade the car in. I would definitely not go with Advantage again in the future or recommend this company to anyone else. The car they gave me was a gas guzzler and it was clear it had not been serviced in a long time.

No Ford Fusion was even at the rental lot; as I had reserv\'d also not sure what the extra fees was for above my quote, besides the gas i bought.
