I have rented twice from your agency and both times the car was in less then desirable condition. Granted the car was a deal for the price. However, the last car we rented was from Alabama, dirty in condition and road very rough with tires and alignment. Not very pleased. Will think twice next time I rent a car. The first time I rented I got a great value and the car road fine, however, once again the car was in a less then desirable condition.
