I had problems with the staff and with my reservation. I made a resevation for a specific amount of money, that was the main reason why i choosed your services. But once i got to the airport the employee that worked with my contract changed the amount in the reservation with a $700 difference. I had to keep working with some changes in the contract for 30 minutes until he met the number i agreed with in my reservation. He looked unprofesional and trying to charge than the service i agreed with.

The agent at the rental counter was Bobby Arnold and he was outstanding! He gave me great suggestions of places to go and to eat. More importantly, when the car I rented turned out not to be comfortable for me to drive, he cheerfully got me a wonderful other choice that worked very well. He is an asset to your company.
answers do not match well with questions. staff in car area not as helpful as counter. taxes outrageous

the car was old and had lots of scratches; but the price was also very competitive, can\'t complain, just wished the car was a bit better;
RETURNING the car at the Austin airport was markedly different than picking it up. It was inconvenient to have to return to the counter.
As a midwesterner who is a UAW supporter, it would be very good if this company had UAW (GM/Ford/Chrysler) vehicles in their supply. For the first time ever, I was forced to drive a Japanese car, something I steadfastly have refused to do because I am a public employee whose salary is paid by the taxes of UAW members.
