Renter Review
Paying for my rental was a terrible point of service. I had made specific inqueries before I chose to rent with Action. It was explained to me over the phone as well as when I went in to pick up the car that I could settle my contract in cash the next day (well before the 24 hours) as I would be returning the car after your location closed. I was adament about seeing this through. However a clerk named Tiarra closed it to credit and could not provide a propper void voucher from a c.c. termnal.

Staff was extremely accommodating! Shuttle service from LGA was wonderful, and we were on our way quickly and easily! We got extremely lost returning the car from Jersey and were running the risk of missing our flight. The shuttle driver did a great job getting us to the airport as quickly (and safely) as possible!! Overall, a wonderful experience with Action Rental! I would definitely use them again!

The rental agent at Sheraton Newark is excellent. She is very time efficient and a friendly customer support person, and I\'ll use Action many times more when in New York.

chose action because of lower rate than others in exchange for further location from airport. needed a vehicle just for few hours
