Very good service, thank you

The pick-up process has changed in that no agent was at the airport to direct us to the NEW shuttle area. We waitied in line at the airporrt booth for 15minutes only to be told to go outside and wait at the ACE rental car pick up area.

Treated with courtesy, professionalism and speedy processing.. Extremely friendly staff. I have used Ace in the past while visiting SXM and wouldn\'t consider another car rental agency. Have also recommended others to use Ace.

Car they tried to give us, the trunk would not close and tried to get away with it. Finally got another carbut had to wait 35 minutes Even people who came after us were given their cars. Will not rent from Ace again. This is the second bad expeirence with them

There was no vehicle available for us upon arrival, despite having confirmed the reservation and the number of people in our party that required a minivan. Iwas taken to another rental agency to pick up a vehicle, which wasn't in the best shape but that was large enough. Ace did make up the difference between the price they quoted and what we had to pay elsewhere, which was nice. However, the time lost in getting a vehicle meant trying to find our destination in the dark. Very stressful for us.
