Client may call on arrival from free phone in arrival hall next to visitor info centre. Ace airport staff will advise meeting point and client will be collected in Ace shuttle.
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter?s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renters must hold a valid drivers license from resident country for a minimum of 1 year. All valid
overseas license accepted. If not in English must be accompanied by a translation or international license.
Vehicles cannot be driven on Skippers Canyon Road in Queenstown or on any beaches.
This location accepts MasterCard, Diners Club, AmEx & Visa.
Additional Driver fee - 1.00nzd per day
No additional charge for drivers age 21-24.
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when received to avoid a per gallon refueling surcharge.
12.5 % sales tax.
All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated total price.
Full insurance included in rental fees with 3000.00 NZD deductible.
Additional coverages available but not included in rental rates.
CDW- varies from 8.00/day to 20.00/day depending on length of rental and age of renter.
CSI- child seat/infant 2.85/day.
CST- child seat/toddler 2.85/day.
SKI- ski racks 20.00/rental.
SNO- snow chains 25.00/rental.
It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.
