Rates are for renter 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter?s own name must be presented at time of pick up.
Vehicles cannot be driven outside of Mexico.
This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard and Visa. Cash, Diners Club and debit cards not accepted.
Additional driver fee 5.00/day.
Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 20.00/day + tax USD underage surcharge. A deposit of 2,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up. CDW deductible is 15% of the value of the vehicle and LDW is not available to underage renters.
One way rentals are allowed to the following locations with the appropriate drop fees.
Pto Morelos - 5.00.
Cancun - 15.00.
Tulum - 10.00.
Merida - 65.00.
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when rented. If not, the fuel will be charged double from the market price.
11 % added value tax, 15% airport fee.
All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated total price.
A deposit of up to USD 1,000.00 will be charged at time of pick up
and will be refunded at vehicle return. This is consistent with all other major car rental companies in Mexico.
Coverages not included in rental rates.
Liability Insurance (ALI)- 11.00/day plus tax - MANDATORY - **No Exceptions**
Personal Accident Insurance- 11.00/day plus tax
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)- 17.00/day plus tax
10% value of vehicle deductible.
Loss Damage Waiver- 24.00/day plus tax -0-deductible.
It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.
