Exceeded my xpectations

The entire staff was friendly and courteous and the car was clean (on the outside). It was dirty and grimey and the upholstery was dirty and stained on the inside. However, the car was what we reserved and made our trip easy. Upon return, we were very happy because the agents went out of their way to take us to our hotel instead of the airport where we expected to meet the van for our hotel. The experience was pleasant and if Ace Rental serves the area of our next trip, we will use them.

Great and accomodating services

I would like to inform that the driver asked me for a tip. It is not important, mas it is unusual.

The staff and car rental were wonderful. It was clean, fueled, and ready to go when I arrived at the Center. I would definitely rent from them again. Great Job!

Like the fact that you have unlimited milage. For a family with an older vehicle this provides a way to go on a trip without worry. I also like that you offer valet service for a very reasonable price. As long as prices remain affordable, we will use Ace Rental Car in the future.
