Shuttle instructions FROM BAGGAGE CLAIM:
From the baggage claim take the escalator upstairs, following the signs for “Off-Airport Shuttles” and “Rental Cars”. Head down the lighted walkway. When the walkway T’s, go left, following the signs for Ground Transportation and head down the escalator. As you come off the escalator walk straight out the doors that lead outside (past the Hertz and Enterprise counters, and stand under the signs in the Ground Transportation Waiting Area. Our shuttle can pick you up there!

FROM TICKETING AREA:
Follow signs for “Ground Transport” and “Airport Parking Shuttles”. Take escalators down to Baggage Claim area. Follow directions above.


Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A Valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter?s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Vehicles are not permitted to be driven in CA, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ, NM, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Mexico. Flydrive rate is only available to renters and additional drivers arriving by air with round trip airline tickets in their own name that brackets the car rental dates. The driver should be prepared to show air ticket at the rental counter. For renters not arriving by air, rate will be limited to 150 free mile per day and .20 per extra mile, 11% airport fee will not apply.

This location accepts Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Cash is accepted on return only as payment for charges. Credit card must be processed for est total charge plus $100 on Economy - Premium cars and $150 on specialty vehicles.
Debit Card Renters- Must be 21 years of age; Card must be bank issued and have Visa or Mastercard Logo; Proof of insurance on renters own vehicle (insurance card), Airline ticket that brackets rental car dates or college student ID from local college; Customer must complete a "Walk Up/Debit Card User Info Sheet"; Must process payment for est amount of rental plus 200.00; May rent all vehicles except the full size SUV..
Indiana residents must also present a utility bill (gas, elec, phone) no more than 60 days old with no past-due amount owed with the same address as the renter drivers license.

A $100.00 deposit is required on Cargo Vans, SUVs, Mini-Vans, 12 Passenger and 15 Passenger Vans. The location will contact you by phone for credit card information to secure reservation. Cancellation needed 48 hours in advance for refund.


Additional driver fee 5.00/day. No charge for spouse.

Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 10.00/day underage surcharge.
Underage renters may only rent Compact, Intermediate or Standard size car.

7 % state sales tax, 8 % motor vehicle excise tax, 11.10 % airport access fee. All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated total price.


One way rentals are permitted to the following locations with the appropriate drop charges.

Greenwood In - No Charge.
Bloomington IN - 50.00.
Kokomo IN - 50.00.
Lafayette IN - 75.00.
Chicago O?Hare - 150.00.

Insurance not included in rental rates.
SLI - 12.99/day all vehicles
PAI - 5.00/day all vehicles
CDW - 19.99/day cars
CDW - 24.99/day vans and suvs

All rentals start with a full tank of gas, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank to avoid a per gallon refueling charge.

It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.

Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
