Upon arrival call -Pickups will be made at the O?Hare bus shuttle center. Follow the *RED* "Bus/Shuttle Center" signs all the way from the baggage area down through the underground pedestrian walkway to elevator center 3 or 4. Take elevator to level 1 (Chicago Cubs) and proceed to Bus/Shuttle Center where the ACE shuttle will meet you at Door #1.

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter?s own name mujst be presented at time of pick up.


Vehicles are not allowed to be driven into the following state - AZ, CA, ID, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA and Mexico.

This location accepts Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Credit card must be processed for est total charge plus $100 on
Economy - Premium cars and $150 on specialty vehicles.
Cash is accepted on return only as payment for charges.

Debit Card Renters- Must be 21 years of age; Card must be bank-issued with a Visa or Mastercard Logo; Proof of insurance on renters own vehicle (insurance card) or Airline ticket that brackets rental car dates; Customer must complete a "Walk Up/Debit Card User Info Sheet"; Must process payment for est amount of rental plus 200.00; May rent any vehicle except Full Size SUV.
Illinois residents must also present a utility bill (gas, elec, phone) no more than 60 days old with no past-due amount owed with the same address as the renter drivers license. We do not accept any form of pre-paid debit cards.

A $100.00 advance deposit is required on Cargo Vans, SUVs, Mini-Vans, 12 Passenger and 15 Passenger Vans. . Cancellation needed 48 hours in advance for refund.

Additional driver fee 5.00 per day per driver. No charge for spouse.

All drivers between 21-24 will be subject to a 10.00/dy underage surcharge.
Underage renters may only rent Compact, Intermediate or Standard size car.

One way rentals are allowed to the following locations with the appropriate drop fees.
IND-Indianapolis IN - 75.00.
Bloomington IN - 75.00.
Kokomo IN - 75.00.
E Wash St. Indianapolis IN - 75.00.
Greenwood IN - 75.00.
Schaumburg IL - 25.00.
Elmhurst IL - 25.00


All rentals start with a full tank of gas. Return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid a refueling charge.

5 % IL sales tax, 1 % city sales tax, 6 % McCormick expansion, .99/day VLF
All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated price.

Coverages not included in rental rates.

It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.

Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
