Renters and additional drivers must be 21 yrs old. Drivers 21 to 24 yrs old are subjected to a surcharge of 10.00/day. Valid on ECAR through FCAR and MVAR. Renter must be 25 yrs old to rent all other vehicles.

Rate includes unlimited mileage for driving in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. If driving beyond these areas rate will be capped at 200 free miles per day with extra mile at .25 per mile.

All additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the renter. Additional driver fee 5.00/dy per driver.

Ace requires customer to present a major credit card or debit card that matches the name of the individual renting the vehicle. Card must have funds available to hold security deposit. Ace will accept cash only upon return for
payment of charges.
Ace accepts all major credit cards.
Debit Cards accepted on rental of Compact and Intermediate cars, minivans,
and 12 or 15 pax van rentals.
May only be used in conjunction with proof of round trip airline ticket that brackets rental dates for rental location. Also requires second form of ID such as automobile insurance coverage currently in effect insurance id card or policy or state id card with
picture or employee id card with picture or passport or utility bill present a copy of current utility bill electric, gas or water* that contains the same name as the renter with the same address stated on the renters license, date of utility bill must be current. No more than 60 days old, and proof of personal automobile insurance coverage currently in effect insurance id card or policy.
Debit cards will be processed at the time of rental for estimated rental charges plus 200.00. Balance if any
will be credited to the card upon return.

All rentals start with a full gasoline tank. Return the vehicle with a full tank or pay a refueling charge based on 3.00 /gallon.

Reservations are held for one hour past the confirmed
arrival time but no later than normal closing time of
location. Customer or travel agent should call location
to change time of arrival.

Infant seats are available on prior request at
5.00 per day per seat.

Collison Damage Waiver is available on economy through premium size cars for $12.99 per day. CDW is available on luxury cars, mini-vans, standard size SUVs and cargo vans for $14.99 per day. CDW is available on 12 and 15 passenger vans and full size SUVs for $18.99 per day.

SLI-supplemental liability insurance is available for economy through premium size cars for $9.95 per day. SLI on specialty vehicles is $12.95.

Partial collision damage waiver, where Renter is responsible up to $1,000.00 of loss/damage to rented vehicle, is available on economy thru premium size cars for $4.99 per day. PCDW is available on luxury cars, mini-vans, standard size SUVs and cargo vans for $9.99 per day. PCDW is not available on 12 and 15 passenger vans and full size SUVs.

Personal Accident Insurance is available on economy through premium size cars for $5.00 per day. PAI is available on luxury cars, mini-vans, standard size SUVs and cargo vans for $8.00 per day. PAI is available on 12 and 15 passenger vans and full size SUVs for $12.00 per day. Please contact location for further information on insurance options.
