Americar is the ACE affilate in Denver, CO.
The rental counter is located in the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites..
Upon arrival to the Denver International Airport, proceed to the Holiday Inn airport shuttle. The shuttle bus picks up outside door 506, 511 or 513 at the 3rd island.
Rental counter hours 24 hours
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A Valid U.S. drivers license with no restrictions and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.
**INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS**
International drivers must have valid drivers license from country of residence with no restrictions, major credit card in renter's own name and passport. Full Insurance must be purchased at the counter for $15.00 per day for all International drivers.
Vehicles are restricted to the state of Colorado.
This location accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
Credit card must be processed for est total charge plus $20 refundable deposit. Debit cards are not accepted.
Renters and additional drivers age 21-24 will be required to purchase full insurance at the rental counter for 15.00/day.
One way rentals are not permitted at this location. All vehicles must be returned to the renting station.
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when received to avoid a per gallon refueling surcharge.
11.35% Sales Tax, 2.00% County tax, 1.70/day Facility Usage Fee.
All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated total price.
Coverages not included in rental rates.
Supplemental Liability Insurance - 12.00/day
Collision Damage Waiver- 16.00/day
Child seat - 10.00/day
It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.
Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
