Basically everything quoted and advertised was accurate. Having pictures of the cars might have been helpful in selecting once I was there as well as info on gas mileage of the cars.

Fees and taxes in Austin, Texas outrageous.

Only one at desk and it took awhile for him to wait on the man before me and then get to me. But overall very pleased. William did a great job giving all details. Very friendly, he even came up to the car and examined the outside since it had more scratches than were marked on the card.

All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Ended up paying extra for adding an additional driver who was not spouse and would have appreciated that information being upfront on the website.

Although the rates were lower than the competition, I did not like having my account charged for $200 because I was using a debit card and then having to wait for the charge to be reversed. (Neither Alamo or Enterprise require a deposit). Also, because Ace charges a $25 per use for toll roads, I had to always re-route my trips to avoid toll roads. Again, this fee is not charged by the competition. (FYI: I travel to Austin 3 t0 4 times/year). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good price good service and yes and would and will recommend you.

The employees were friendly, fast and very efficient! I will rent from this agency as long as the price is reasonable. :D
