Ace Rent A Car is located in Terminal. Walk to vehicle in covered parking garage attached to terminal.
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter?s own name must be presented at time of pick-up.
Rate is only available to renters and additional drivers with round trip airline tickets with arrival-departure
dates that bracket the car rental dates. Renters without air tickets and all local renters will receive 200 free miles per day and be charged 19 cents for each additional mile. Cars must remain in the state of Texas.
This location accepts Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Credit card must be processed for est total charge plus $200.
Debit card are accepted from airline arriving customers only. Debit card must be processed for est total charge plus 350.00.
Cash is accepted on return only as payment for charges.
Additional driver fee 10.00/day spouse is exempt.
Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00/day underage surcharge.
One way drop fees vary by vehicle type and length of rental.
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas as when received to avoid a per gallon refueling surcharge.
11.11 % state sales tax, 5 % city park fee, 10% airport access fee, 4.90/day VLF, 1.95/day CFC fee.
All additional taxes and fees are included in the estimated total price.

It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.
