The customer service is the worst.

DAily raet was close to quoted one (not exactly the same, off by less than a dollar). A fee/charge appeared which was not previously quoted and increased the total from $341 to $381. Counter agent was unable to explain precisely what the fee was for.

Shuttle Service
We have Free pick up at the airport or hotels in metro area, when the customer arrives they can contact us using the courtesy line at the airport. We have a shuttle at the airport, we open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 1:00am

Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We only garantee a reservation until an hour and half of the time booked.

Renters Requirements
All renters must present a valid driver's license, credit card, ATM or Check Card at the time of rental.

Fuel
We mark the amount that the car has and the client will return with same amount. If the person would like the car full, we will have the car full, if given advance notice.

Age 25 to A - A
Minimum Age :18 and over. Age 21 to 24- $9.95 per day Age 18 to 20 under age fee $29.95 per day. The driver must be cualify by Allied. * Some restriction apply.
