Great value.

Just so people are aware, these are used cars they are renting, that\'s why they are cheaper....also make sure you are aware of the distance you are allowed to travel before you make a reserveration to make sure this agency will fit your needs.

13-14 yr old cars, very beat up, lots of miles on all the cars. 150,000 plus! Car was stained inside but was cleaned up well. Had no problems with the car it ran fine. Would rent from a national chain with newer cars next time though. Desk person was nice but made me call a number when complaining about first car, talked to two diff. people before getting some satisfaction. Would not rent from them again, cheap price not worth it.

The brakes on our rental were terrible and dangerous. The tire pressure was 22 psi when we checked it 3 days into the rental. The vehicle was basically not safe to rent or drive as it was given to me.

The car was not washed and gased. The attendant did offer to wash and gas the car if I was willing to wait....

I have rented cars from A+ about 10 times. They are always helpful in getting me the kind of vehicle I need, a hatchback (if available). The vehicles are mostly used, so customers should be aware of that and, also that their hours are 9AM to 6PM , so they are not available to pick you up or drop you off at the airport during their off hours.

I have rented vehicles from A+ about 7 or so times. My only suggestion for them is to let people know these are used vehicles (which is fine with me) and make them aware of the times they are open so there is no conflict on getting to or from the airport. Renters also need to inquire about rental policies no matter who they rent from. A+ is often the best value, frequently by hundreds of dollars.

Although We saved money on our week rental, I never expected to pull up to what looked like a used car lot and pick up a \'97 Camry with over 171k miles on it. Are you serious?!! My initial instinct was to go with a reputable chain, but we stuck with it. It actually ended up running well and was sufficient for our needs. We didn\'t do extensive driving so it got us from point A to point B. The description and picture were deceptive. If you\'re giving me a car that old you should tell me up front!
