The car was great and I was upgraded, but the quote was for $43 but at the end of the day when I dropped the car off they charged me $53 and didn\'t tell me why. I was a little disappointed with the service as I was an international and they didn\'t explain anything about the car or how to use it so I had to figure it out myself. They also didn\'t tell me how many gallons I needed to put in the car so I ended up filling up much more than needed & lost lots of money.

We were wary of using this never-heard-of-it-before company but the price was too good to pass up. It turned out to be a problem-free experience. The car was new (we were expecting an older car) and perfectly cleaned. The vehicle that picked us up at the airport was a minivan instead of the usual small bus, but it worked out perfectly fine for us. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using it again myself when I return to Los Angeles.
