You upgrade for the same price but the Expedition XL had poor millage per gallon. I didn\'t use it to much but anyway I spend 71 dollars on gas for 1/2 tank.

I was expecting my car at 10 am however I was not able to get until 11 am! For return,I came back one day before the reservation time I made and I gave him a call. He told me he can not discount one day for me.I got an appointment to bring back nex morning however when called next morning he said he will not be in office untill afternoon and he asked me to give the key to ront desk of the hotel they are located in. I was not able to get receipt and he promised to send by email but he did not!

1. Shuttle never stops in allocated area. Customers have to jump in front of the shuttle bus to stop it. 2. Shuttle driver did not even bother helping with luggage 3. Requested vehicle was not available. I was forced me to pay for the upgrade 4. Area map was not given, Local Toll Roads rules weren\'t explained that forced me to pay for violation after. Not sure if it is the LAX location Advantage specific? But it is the Very first unpleasant experience with Car Rental company.

Overall good experience. Car was not very fuel efficient and only one quarter filled upon collection. Staff tried to scare us into taking additional insurance. Upon return everything went smooth, no additional costs and we were nicely dropped off at the airport.

Only problem at Las Vegas, was that the cars were NOT ready for pickup. We had to wait around 15 minutes along with 6 others and had to go up to the window to ask a second time before we got the car. That was not good service. Normally, I get my car immediately once we get to the garage from other companies.

We rented a Ford Focus and Got a Lower Unit that was 60% to our expectation The air conditioner couldnt keep up with the heat. The car we got was a decent size, but was an older vehicle that seemed to have trouble changing gears. There were newer vehicles in the lot but were smaller so didn\'t want to downsize to get a \'nicer\' vehicle.

The car was great and I was upgraded, but the quote was for $43 but at the end of the day when I dropped the car off they charged me $53 and didn\'t tell me why. I was a little disappointed with the service as I was an international and they didn\'t explain anything about the car or how to use it so I had to figure it out myself. They also didn\'t tell me how many gallons I needed to put in the car so I ended up filling up much more than needed & lost lots of money.

I noticed your waiting line for auto pick-up was quite a bit longer than the other rental agencies. So others must enjoy your help & friendliness. I will always rent from Advantage in the future. The vehicle\'s front tires were nearly bald and it was an older model. Also, I had to clean the insides of the windows as they were smudged and dirty. I realize this is a budget operation, so maybe my expectations are skewed. The tires were a concern because I was told they were fine, but they really had very little tread and could be a liability in the future.
