Check-In, Arrivals and Departures
Check-ins and Arrivals are located in the middle of the ground floor concourse.
Domestic arrivals are located on the ground floor concourse. International arrivals are located left of the ground floor concourse.
Airport Information
The Airport Information Desk is located on the First Floor beside the UK Arrivals/Departures.
Tourist Information
The Greater Glasgow and Clyde Valley Tourist Board operates a tourist information desk, located in the international arrivals concourse, providing a range of information on accommodation, events and places of interest. Reach them by telephone at +44 (0)141 848 4400/4758.

Off-airport operators can be contacted by courtesy telephone located in the UK Arrivals concourse.
Child Care Facilities
Play areas are located in the terminal at the first floor main concourse, international departures lounge, gate 50 in the international pier. Puzzle tables are located throughout the terminal as well.
Baby care rooms can be found throughout the terminal on the first floor main concourse, in the international departures lounge, international pier and the international baggage reclaim hall.
Business Facilities
The first floor concourse has a work area with payphone/fax and modem connections by Gate 1.
Luggage and Lost Property
The lost luggage facility is located outside of the UK Arrivals area. If you have lost something at the airport, please contact Glasgow Airport's lost property office at +44 (0)141 848 4740, or the airport police station at +44 (0)141 848 4515. Please contact the airline if you've left something on an airplane.
Currency Exchange
The Bureaux de Change facilities in the airport are open for all international flights. Cash Dispensers are available both Before and after Security. All cash dispensers will accept all valid UK Bank and Building society cards (i.e. Link affiliated) without surcharge. They also accept major credit cards. Holiday and travel insurance and International Phonecards are also available.
Shops and Restaurants
Shop before security at places such as Best of Scotland (genuine Scottish souvenirs), Accessorize (latest trends), Body Shop (international beauty shop), Boots (UK drugstore), Van Heusen (America's #1 shirtmaker), WH Smith (books and magazines), Tartan Plus (genuine Scottish souvenirs), Sunglass Hut (latest in sunglasses) and Thortons (chocolates and sweets). Shops after security include WH Smith and Duty Free World Shopping.
Before security, have a quick bite to eat at places like Costa, McDonald's, J&R Tennant
and Weaver's Cafe. After security, fill your bellies at Domestic, Cafe Rizza, British Airways Lounge Bar and British Midland Lounge Bar. In International Departures, snack at Nescafe and
J&R Tennant.
