I-95 South to the Bruckner Expressway. Follow signs for the Triboro Bridge. Cross the Bridge taking the first right exit towards Manhattan. Pay toll and follow signs for the FDR Drive South. Exit the FDR Drive at 59th Street exit and continue straight. Make a left on 2nd Avenue traveling south.
For Super 8, make a right on 45th Street and travel west. Make right on 6th Avenue traveling north. Then make your next right traveling east onto 46th Street. Super 8 is the second building on the left after you cross 6th Avenue.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike extension, I-78 or US 1&9 North will bring you to the Holland Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel get immediately to the right lane. Take the first possible exit and follow the exit straight across Hudson Street continuing till you reach the West Side Highway. Turn right onto the West Side Highway and travel north.
