Meeting and event planners will find a venue perfect for business meetings, conventions or social events with one hundred thousand square feet of exhibition and function space, creative catering and impeccable service. Broadway's Marquis Theatre is part of the hotel with thirty other theatres and Fifth Avenue shopping just a short walk away. The hotel's thirty-eight story atrium is the highest in the world. Sleeping rooms start on the tenth floor and are the largest guest rooms in Manhattan. * Very limited parking is available valet service only at USD 60-75 per night. No full-size vans or motorcycles are allowed. The garage height clearance is six feet and a USD 10 fee will be assessed each time the vehicle is taken out of the garage. * Additional charges that may apply: Cribs and rollaway beds available on request at no charge and are subject to availability at check-in. Three people maximum occupancy in king bedded rooms and five people in double bedded rooms. An extra person charge of USD 20 per night applies to each additional person in room eighteen years or older after first two adults. Children seventeen years and younger stay free in same room with parent using existing beds. Pets are allowed with a USD 200 non-refundable cleaning fee. Service animals are excempt from the charge and all fees are subject to change.
