Hotel Vintage Park, with its vibrant jewel-toned lobby and large European fireplace, beckons you to experience the warmth and hospitality of the Mediterranean -- all within the shadows of a very modern neighbor. Originally built in 1922, Hotel Vintage Park is currently listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After a complete renovation by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, it opened in 1992 and has established a loyal following ever since. Hotel Vintage Park takes its dedication to Washington State wines very seriously. It is the only boutique hotel in the state dedicated to the state wineries and vineyards. It is also the only hotel to feature "Vine Vixen" Kelly Koon. Kelly serves as the hotel's Chef Concierge and is responsible for organizing the hotel's nightly hosted wine receptions and special events, locating rare vintages for guests and arranging private VIP tours of Washington vineyards. Hotel Vintage Park offers 126 guest rooms, including the Grand Suite (Chateau Ste. Michelle Suite) and 55 King Premier rooms. With bold colors, fabrics and furnishings developed specifically for the guestrooms and corridors by designer Andrew Alford of Kimpton Hotels, each room conveys the look and feel of wine country. Custom designed furniture, luxurious bed linens, custom carpeting and wall treatments were incorporated into the upscale Kimpton design to reflect the hotel story. Hotel Vintage Park also features Kimpton's Forgot It, We've Got It program, where toiletry items that you may have left at home are complimentary provided for you. Luxuriously furnished, the accommodations at Hotel Vintage Park offer an upscale residential feel while still keeping in mind the needs of the business traveler. Business amenities include two-line direct-dial telephones, voice mail, modems and wireless high-speed Internet access. Hotel Vintage Park is also home to the award-winning Tulio Ristorante, which features Northern Italian cuisine by Executive Chef Walter Pisano. From Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) 1. Follow signs to I-5 North 2. Take the Seneca Street exit (a left-hand exit in the city; do not confuse it with express lanes) 3. Follow Seneca Street, staying in the left lane. 4. Turn left on Fifth Avenue (one block); stay in the left lane. 5. Turn into our Port Cochere one-half block ahead. The Hotel Vintage Park is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Spring Street, on your left side.
The Hotel Vintage Park is ideally located in the heart of the city, yet offers a quiet respite from the busy outside world. Located steps from Seattle's retail and financial districts, the Hotel Vintage Park is across the street from Seattle's landmark downtown Public Library, and is within walking distance to pike place market, the flagship Nordstrom store, Westlake Center, Niketown, Gameworks, the Benaroya Symphony Hall, the Seattle Art Museum and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The Seattle Center home to the Space Needle, the Key Arena, the opera house, Seattle Repertory Theatre is just a quick monorail ride away. The Hotel Vintage Park is located in the Metro Bus Zone, which allows guests to ride complimentary in the underground tunnel to the international district, Pioneer Square and Safeco Field. Just a short walk to the waterfront and the Seattle Ferry Terminal, the hotel also has easy on/off access to I-5 and Seatac International Airport.

The Hotel Vintage Park has an agreement with Allstar Athletic Club in which day passes can be issued to the guests. Allstar Athletic Club is a full service club. They have swimming, aerobics, weights, etc. Hours of operations are 5am - 10pm weekdays and 8am-8pm weekends. Allstar Athletic Club is three short blocks from the hotel. Passes are USD 10.00 per day or USD 30.00 per week (for 5 consecutive days) The Hotel Vintage Park is pleased to offer our yoga program complimentary to all guests. Simply call the front desk and request a yoga basket which features a yoga mat, belt and towel. We will deliver it to your room. A complimentary yoga channel is provided on your television which features a 30 minute yoga workout.
